Frothy Betty is the community art enterpise of Liz Norman, spending her time between Melbourne Australia where herself and a small team run activites at Rubbish Ragamuffins and also Five Giants homestay in Danyor, Gilgit.

Frothy Betty Creative Productions is a hub for community art facilitation, with a deep passion for creating sensory play opportunities for young people and releasing the creativity in people of all ages.
